Greek country bread

That’s what we call it in Sweden. A loaf bread I’ve baked with spelled flour and oliv oil. So tasty as toasted with just butter or combine with a marmelade you like. It’s two loaf bread, that fermented together 🙂

Cream bun/chocolate cake

This one I created because I just love cream buns and chocolate cut cakes. The chocolate cake dough was baked at first. Meanwhile I made the batter for cream buns. When the cake dough had cooled off, I spread the cream bun batter on top and put it into the freezer for two hours.

…two hours later, I could enjoy the finished Cream bun/chocolate cake with a cup of coffee 😊
